Please do any updates on a staging or development site prior to moving to a live environment. Take backups and test thoroughly prior to updating to your live website. While we have taken precautions to avoid issues, there are significant updates and changes to the database and updating during a live raffle could cause data corruption.
For Gold and Platinum Editions - please do the following after updating.
1. Go to Raffle Tools and run "Repair DB Tables"
2. If you are using Ticket Images, please reselect or upload the image and set the location. We have made significant changes to the Ticket Images functionality in V5 and it will be required to reconfigure your images.
